Fluid Preview creates a natural working environment so you can make changes to individual labels, envelopes, invoice lines, or pages on-the-fly and see the outcome in real-time. There are four dynamic aspects to Fluid Preview:
  1. Live Editing. Edit any text on a document including data that came from the Address Book. For example, you can create a series of video cassette labels using a single design and then change the video title for each label right from within the print preview.
  2. Dynamic POSTNET Barcodes. Dynamically add a POSTNET barcode to your labels and envelopes without altering your design.
  3. On-The-Fly Address Book Integration. Simply click the contacts you want to produce a document for—the preview instantly updates.
  4. Active Positioning & Quantities. As you specify the starting label position on a sheet of labels and your desired quantity, the preview instantly reflects your input to eliminate any guesswork.
One-Click Formatting
One-Click Formatting allows you to switch return and delivery address formats on-the-fly without setting complicated preferences. Likewise, it only takes one-click to use a home address instead of a work address for a batch envelope job. You can choose from over 20 pre-formatted return address and delivery address blocks for your labels and envelopes.

Perfect Balance
Perfect Balance guarantees that text is perfectly balanced on your label and envelope regardless of how much or little text the label contains. No more labels with all the addresses jammed in the upper left corner so long addresses will still fit.

Data Syphon sucks data from standard tab delimited files to populate documents. This means SOHO Print Essentials not only integrates with the Mac OS X Address Book and SOHO Organizer, but other applications including Microsoft Excel & Entourage, FileMaker, PIM products, etc.

SOHO Series Integration
