SOHO Calendars is the easiest way to share calendars on Mac OS X. Shared calendars, events, and to-dos show up automatically in Apple's iCal where they can viewed and edited. A change made to a shared calendar on one user's machine automatically shows up in everyone else's iCal. SOHO Calendars is perfect for managing meetings, group projects and shared to-do lists.
Single And Multi-User Capable
SOHO Calendars is as equally suitable for the sole proprietor with a single computer as the small business with a few dozen networked computers. This all new calendar software is based on a commercial database engine for high-performance and reliability.
Its client/server design makes sharing calendars over a network easy for workgroups. Mobile users can take shared calendars with them when they disconnect from the network, so they always have access to the shared information. When they reconnect to the network all of their changes to the shared calendars will automatically synchornize with the master shared database.

Multiple computer synchronization. Calendars will automatically stay synchronized between multiple computers using a .Mac account (must be purchased separately).
Offline synchronization. Mobile users can detach from a shared database with all the shared data and synchronize their changes when they return to the office network.
Handheld device synchronization. SOHO Calendars works with the synchornization technologies built-in to the Mac OS which means calendars can be synchronized to cell phones, Palm handhelds, iPod's, etc. using Apple's iSync application.
iCal synchronization. SOHO Calendars synchronizes seamlessly with iCal so calendars are available in all applications that use iCal. This also means you can use iCal to publish calendars to the web.

SOHO Series Integration
SOHO Calendars is also a member of the new SOHO Organizer suite which consists of four applications: SOHO Contacts, SOHO Calendars, SOHO Notes, and SOHO Print Essentials. As a member of this suite, it integrates seamlessly with the other members. This means, for example, that users can attach events and to-dos from SOHO Calendars to their contacts in SOHO Contacts. Further, this can be done directly from SOHO Contacts.
