F10 Launch Studio is the premier launch management suite for Mac OS X. Its patent pending design delivers an extraordinarily fast and efficient way to launch applications and documents. It will literally change the way you use your computer by streamlining the most commonly performed task: launching. Launch applications and documents without knowing where they're located. F10 Launch Studio's ground-breaking Auto-Discovery feature will even search your hard disk and intelligently categorize all your applications. Plus, the built-in Application Switcher makes it a breeze to switch between running programs using a simple hot key.
The Unobtrusive Launch Pad
Unlike other launch utilities, F10 Launch Studio is completely unobtrusive. Task bars and pop-up windows constantly take up precious screen space while docks obscure what you’re doing when you get too close to the edge of the screen. The Launch Pad only appears when you need it and then instantly disappears when you’re finished. And the transparent nature of the launch pad keeps you in touch with activity behind it.
New! At Your Beck And Call
The F10 Status Icon in the menu bar adds quick access to the program's many features. It provides a convenient way to invoke the Launch Pad, access preferences, change hot keys, and most importantly launch applications.

A special Quick Links section of the status menu provides one-click application access (similar to the Apple menu in Mac OS 9). The Quick Links section can be customized with applications, documents, and folders in any order the user desires including standard sorted order.

The status menu also includes all of the category pages in the Launch Pad with their corresponding files for quick access to every application.
New! The Always Adaptable Chameleon Filter
The Chameleon Filter uses adaptive searching technology to produce lightning fast launches. The Chameleon filter learns from short abbreviations you type to find and launch an application or document. For example, you might type "cal" to launch the Calculator, "pc" to launch the Print Center, etc. Since the Chameleon Filter adapts to your abbreviations as you use it, no setup is required. Amazingly, most documents and applications can be launched by typing only two or three letters.
Fast As A Rocket
F10 Launch Studio was designed to use a minimal number of mouse clicks (one) or keystrokes to launch an application. Just press the F10 hot key or move your mouse to a hot corner to activate the Launch Pad. No more digging through your hard disk just to find a less-used application. F10 Launch Studio instantly appears when you need it, and disappears just as quickly when you're done with it—no matter what you're doing. And since F10 Launch Studio only appears when called upon, it can complement your favorite dock or task bar.
Auto-Discovery II = Minimal Setup
F10 Launch Studio automatically and intelligently categorizes your applications the first time it runs and every time you launch a new piece of software. For example, it will automatically put Chess on the Games page, and iTunes on the Lifestyle page.

The built-in intelligent filtering automatically excludes non-essential applications via three types of filtering. a) Intelligent filtering automatically recognizes and excludes many common helper applications, droplets, etc.) Category filtering offers the user the ability to exclude broad groups of applications such as Classic, scripts, installers, etc. c) User-defined filtering maintains a list of applications that the user has manually excluded, so that they don't accidentally get added again.
Switch Or Switch & Hide?
F10 Launch Studio's built-in application switcher lets you quickly switch between running applications via a user-definable hot key. The switcher window appears in the center of the screen and let's you toggle between any open application. Once you use this feature, you'll wonder how you lived without it. A new separate Switch & Hide hot key can now be employed which will hide the current application after switching to the new application. The Switch & Hide hot key makes it easy to keep the proliferation of windows on the screen to a minimum.
