StickyBrain Everywhere
FlashNoteIndustry First
Conveniently located in the menu bar, FlashNote lets you search and view your notes while in any application—StickyBrain doesn't even have to be running. FlashNote searches are lightning-fast. Plus, once you find the note you're looking for, you can copy its contents directly from FlashNote and paste it into another application.
QuickNoteIndustry First
Use QuickNote to compose a note on-the-fly without launching StickyBrain. QuickNote is always available from any application so you can compose a note no matter what you're doing or what you're in the middle of.
Grab From Other Applications
StickyBrain can grab content (including text, graphics, and links) from other applications even if StickyBrain isn't running. You can choose to grab information to a new note in a specific folder or append it to an existing note. Plus, StickyBrain is even smart enough to name and save a reference to the information source. For example, grab the contents of a web page from your favorite news site, and StickyBrain will title the note with the name of the new story and include a reference to the story's web address (URL).
3-Ways To GrabIndustry First
StickyBrain has pioneered successful content grabbing with its convenient three option approach:

1) Use the application Services menu.
2) Use the system-wide contextual menu.
3) Press a user-defined hot key.

Use the option that you find most convenient and that works best for the application at hand. Not all applications support the Services menu and contextual menu options, but there is almost always at least one of the three options that will work.
Paste Notes Into Other ApplicationsIndustry First
StickyBrain makes it easy to paste the content of a note into another application—great for times when you need to repeatedly paste the same information somewhere. Note pasting can be performed via the same three convenient options as note grabbing.
Lookup Password, Save In Receipts, SearchIndustry First
StickyBrain can look up passwords for web sites that you've previously visited, archive web receipts for purchases you've made online, and search its notes for a selected word or phrase in another application.

Conveniently perform any of these tasks via the application Services menu, system-wide contextual menu, or a user-defined hot key.

Start the reverse process before leaving the office. If you're not currently a .Mac member, join today.
