Personal Organizer offers calendar views that work the way you do–without boundaries. The Month View lets you see up to 6 months at a time. Get a bird's eye view of your schedule without flipping between months.

The Gantt View can be used to plan and track long-term projects in a time-line fashion. For each stage of the project, you can compare the projected start/end dates to the actual start/end dates. Progress can be displayed graphically and as a percentage.

Personal Organizer offers the most advanced Palm synchronization options available so you can confidently take your information on the road. There's good news for music junkies too: you can transfer your address book to your iPod.

Keep all of your names, addresses and telephone numbers in Personal Organizer. It can dial your phone and create e-mail messages–all calls and messages are logged. you can store unlimited notes for each person. And if you use the Translate feature (e.g. type "Meet John tomorrow at noon") John's contact record will automatically be linked to the new activitiy.

Use the Multiday View to quickly check your hourly schedule for available times. Since you can view from 1 to 60 days at a time, locating open slots is a breeze.
