Park City, Utah - August 21, 2006 -- Chronos LC today announced the release of SOHO Notes 5.6, an update to its class-leading note manager for Mac OS X. This new version makes it easier than ever for users to get organized and bring harmony to their digital life.

NEW FEATURES

• Manage clippings in DockNote's clipboard recorder. DockNote records all activity to the system-wide clipboard so users can go back and re-use information they previously copied to the clipboard. Users can now open, edit, and delete clippings in the clipboard to better manage them.
• Create notes from clippings in the clipboard recorder. Users can now create a note directly from the content of a clipping in the clipboard recorder.
• Multiple blogging accounts now supported. A new blogging preference pane lets users define multiple blogging accounts that can be used when posting a blog entry. Support for different types of authentication has also been added.

15+ ENHANCEMENTS, OPTIMIZATIONS, FIXES

SOHO Notes 5.6 also includes 15+ enhancements, optimizations and bug fixes:

• Added preference to specify which folder the Save to PDF feature will save PDF's to.
• The process of posting a blog can now be cancelled.
• A custom vertical scroll bar can optionally be used in Full-Screen editing mode.
• Imported URL's are now correctly handled when they come from browsers such as Firefox.
